Card is absolute okay. Its a helper and even as a flying/indestructable colored Creatuere its no dead card. Needs no Fix exept:
"Any Player" can force to tap her for the ability? With colored Mana maybe only with Multicolor Mana produce or in B/G Mirror Matches possible... Also it only can be used to tap her off in instant speed... Even if no Svedka is a possible Target.
My Fix suggestion would be (2)(2/B)(2/G) ... its expensive to use colorless ... if want to tap it it can be added as additional ability ... then tap DP Winneth"
